breakfast: forgotten again at home 😦  coffee with creamer and brown sugar

lunch: the best meal of the day: chicken sandwich and salad, coffee with cream and sugar

dinner: 3 hard-boiled eggs and two slices of 12-grain bread

supplements: 1 calcium and Vit D after the dinner

late-night snack (added later): 1 tall glass of milk, 1 apple 🙂

exercise: 30 min walking in the morning; no walk in the afternoon as it was raining.

    1. I heard on the news that the hurricane is beating the bahamas 😦 I am sure in NY you are more protected, take care this weekend and remember to have an emergency kit and ready-to-eat food just in case. be safe! 🙂

    1. take care of yourself first; it is good that the allergy season is almost over so that you can find some relief. after that both the activity outside and better eating (which I know you do well) will help you lose weight. so no worries 🙂
