Spring and sourdough

The warm weather absolutely makes a difference in the sourdough starter and the loaf.

Here is one of my finest loaves 🙂

  1. Oh that looks delicious and just wonderful. Maybe when I am a bit more experienced in baking, I can try something like that. For now, my first challenge is to make a cheesecake (as it doesn’t need to cook this is perfect for me).

    1. thank you :0 I have been baking sourdough for over a year now. warm temperature makes all the difference. I am in a cold climate, spring and summer are the best time to have this kind of loaves – I am very excited 🙂
